Sauna Yoga Inhale Coffee Exhale

January 9, 2025

This morning I woke up at 7:30 am and I was prepared to enjoy the Infrared Sauna, which was my first time using it and it was fantastic followed by a cold shower. I did some light yoga and then proceeded to the Hearth Café to get some fresh bread and a flat white. It was just blowing my mind again this café had these beautiful san dwiches-a healthy version of a BLT, a Reuban, vegetarian, and all types of amazing bread and French pastries. The $9 French croissant(that is correct $9 Australian, which is like $6 USD), but I calculate off Australian due to the principle of the price.

Eventually I will have to try that croissant before I leave one time, but I had to be disciplined this time so I got some fresh sourdough and went back to make my breakfast.

I spent sometime talking with Kathy who is from Austria and living/working in Australia. She plans to go to India in March along with another person there traveling to Rishikesh to do yoga, ashram, and find themselves spiritually. She took a few people on the trip to the waterfall and she never mentioned it to me, but I really feel like everything happens for a reason.

When they came back from the waterfall, I felt disappointed because I did not go with everyone, but I was not present when they decided to go. The dynamic with myself and people younger is not forced, but it is not super comfortable with these younger generations.

What am I trying to say? The energy with me and the younger generation was a bit forced and kind of awkward and I did not go the waterfall. Instead I spent a magical night with older, mature, fun, free spirited, life experienced, beautiful people….and this was the place I was supposed to be.

You can’t have it all in life and you can’t get along perfectly with everyone. While I am super extroverted and very well liked, I do have a bit more energy and personality that can be overwhelming for people who are more introverts and on the younger generation.

It was meant to be….everything that happens does happen for a reason…When you believe this, you let go and let GOD.

God might make you feel alone and you can’t wonder why it’s happening, but God has a plan or you. He wants to surround you with people who make you feel loved, supported, listened to, and acknowledged. You are meant to travel to destinations unknown and you have the right people come on your path to make it a real adventure.

The end of Thursday and a time to enjoy the evening being productive!
